Jess joined our team as Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Teaching and Learning in 2021 and became Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for the Quality of Education later that same year. She is an enthusiastic and experienced school leader who is passionate about ensuring all students have access to, and are motivated by, our high quality curriculum. She is committed to raising standards of teaching and learning and has done so at a departmental, whole school, trust and authority level.

She has a broad range of experience in school improvement, in challenging contexts, as a teacher, a leader and a school governor and is incredibly excited about joining the team and looks forward to working with this rich and diverse community.
