Natalie joined Co-op Academy Leeds as Vice Principal in September 2020 and was very proud to become Headteacher in 2021, leading the school to its first ever ‘Good’ OFSTED rating in November 2022 and the best outcomes in the school’s history in August 2024. 

Natalie has worked in a range of challenging contexts during her career and is passionate about challenging underachievement and establishing world class education for students of all backgrounds. Natalie is passionate about inclusion and the transformational power of education and literacy.
