Dear Parent or Guardian,

Year 9 & 11 Parent’s Evening and Year 9 Options evening - Thursday 11th January 2024 - 2:00pm-6pm

I would like to invite you to attend our Parent’s Evening and year 9 Options Evening on the 11th of January 2024. This is an important evening and provides you with an opportunity to talk to your child’s subject teachers about their progress and how you can support them at home. 

In the evening you will have the opportunity to meet with subject teachers and discuss their progress in the subject, and what they need to do to improve their outcomes. If your child is in Year 9 it is also an opportunity to discuss their GCSE option choices - the deadline for the options forms is also this date.

Your child should begin making appointments with subject teachers in lessons from today. Please help them by making sure they know what times you are available to attend. If they have not made appointments with staff you are still welcome to attend, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to see all their subject teachers. The sheet for them to record their appointment times is attached to this letter.
