We have now attended your child’s school to deliver the FLU Programme. If your child missed the opportunity to have the Flu immunisation at school, please contact the School Immunisation Team on 0113 8433101 to arrange for an appointment at one of our community clinics.

Please ensure you complete the online intent form using the school code (EE137065) as this will be needed before booking an appointment.
