Deb joined the Academy in 2021 as a middle leader in Science. During her time as Subject Leader, Deb led the team through a successful Ofsted. Deb joined the academy leadership team in January 2024 as the lead for KS3 data and assessment; she firmly believes in securing strong foundations for our students that lead to successful outcomes. 

Deb has worked in schools in different contexts in a variety of different roles, including as a STEM Coordinator in London, and a Research Champion in Bradford. 

Deb is passionate about extending her own knowledge of teaching and leadership, and has completed several leadership courses.
