Becky joined the Academy in 2022 as the senior leader responsible for pupil premium, careers, personal development and whole school reading. Becky is an experienced senior leader, having previously run the sixth form provision at Co-op Academy Grange. 

Becky is passionate about pupil outcomes and engagement, creating opportunities such as summer school, KS4 work experience and trips abroad. An underpinning value is her enthusiasm towards ensuring all pupils gain the skills needed to have successful futures away from the academy.
