Emma joined the academy in 2013. She has a proven track record of success as a middle leader for vocational subjects. She is the Trusts SLE for Business Studies. At Co-op Academy Leeds she continues to be the Quality Nominee for vocational subjects and subject leader for Business, Childcare and Health and Social Care. 

Emma is currently Assistant Headteacher for Quality of Education, Key Stage 4 with a specific focus on data, assessment, interventions, communications and mentoring. 

She is passionate about building positive relationships and promoting an academic culture.
